The pool was a major bonus for us and ideal for the kids to play in the 30+deg. heat. Garage was great and actually very easy to access even with quite a big car (Volvo V90).Jacopi and family were incredibly helpful and kind. We would recommend highly."

"Very clean and tidy apartment having good sized rooms and off road parking. Easy to find and in a small quiet village. Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. The access road to the apartment block is narrow and a tight turn is required to enter the parking area, potentially a bit tricky with a big estate car. "We loved our place. Everything was well stocked and clean. It was in the perfect location and at the end of a day in town or at the beautiful lake it was the perfect place to come home to. "The kitchen was dirty . Filter in aircon and hood was very dirty and did not function as it should because of that. There was no remoutecontrol to the aircon. There is at all no sun at the terrace all the day as it is placed to the north. The pool area is very expensive to use. 20 Euro each person for 4 hour. Every time. At all this appartment is not worth the money. Very expensive in relation to what you get."

"We stayed here for 10 nights in August and loved it! The views from the balcony were amazing and it’s a short walk into Malcesine. The pool is lovely & the location is great and close to everything! Would definitely stay here again 😊"
