"rain water coming through the bathroom ceiling, the only view was onto a roof and very messy court yard, (but there is'nt much they can do as it is not there property) the room was in a good state of repair and clean, the bathroom was recently upgraded except the shower had to be held because there was no riser bar. the bed was very compfy and the refreshments left for us was very nice. we enjoyed the breakfast"

"The staff here went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room is very nice, the bathroom, very modern. The only thing I could complain about is that the room was a little musty smelling because of all the heavy rain they were having. I'm sure that can't be helped, Venice is a really wet place! The bed was very comfortable."

"I really enjoyed my stay. It is self service and they email you an access code with instructions. I had a simple twin single. It is about a 5 min walk from the ca’Rezzonico vaporetto stop. The orange line boat from the airport also stops there. Plus no bridges between the stop and the guest house if you have luggage. Lots and f cafes around and shops. Close to Santa Maria glorioso Del frari and two vaporetto stops from San Marco. "

"Trendy little hotel on a scenic canal in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed 8 nights. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Commuted to the Venice Biennale on the water bus. Very convenient frequent service with the dock a 15 minute stroll from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars near the station. "

"We had a good stay in Venice. It wasn't far from La Accademia stop via the vaporetto which is ideal as it isn't fun or easy carting luggage around. The locanda is a small charming inn and the owner was friendly and hospitable. We got into town late and he was very flexible in accomodating us.
