"As advertised there is no desk personnell but when you call to gain access they semm to be very confused and send you around the property, with your luggage and no lift, up and down until they decide where you need to stay. Also very rude and unprofessional in the way they answer. Last but not least the room was filled with rubbish from the previous occupiers, apparently they not only don't pay staff on site but neither they do with cleaning staff"

"Our family had a comfortable stay here. Everyone we came in contact with was very gracious and helpful. The property is located just a few minutes away from the center of town, and is easy to access through one of the city gates. Town is lovely and well worth a visit!"

"It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...
