"We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

The accommodation is a charming typical French residence with a lovely relaxing pool area which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. The apartment is comfortable and quiet with good facilities and is in walking distance of a bakery, little supermarket and butcher. Cannes centre is a short car drive...

"The host did not meet me nor her house caretaker. I was left on the street, luggage and all!, to figure out what to do! I checked in at a hotel where I spent 12 nights!!! This cost me thousands of unexpected dollars. The host reach out the next day to try to explain. At that point, the confidence and comfort was not there being a solo senior traveler. NEVER AGAIN I will be asking VRBO for compensation for this travesty!!!"

"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and well located apartment. Plenty of space to hang out and a great kitchen to cook meals. Fully stocked with all you might need, including laundry and beach towels and a little cart to do groceries. Phillipe was attentive and gave us a great tour of the apartment and Louisa’s recommendations for restaurants were perfect. "

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. The view is amazing and we spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the mountain. It’s far enough from the tourist area so it’s not as crowded. We traveled a lot by tram (stop is just around the corner) and by bus (stops are right in front of the apartment). The caretaker is responsive, pleasant, and just great to work with. If we make it back to Nice we will stay here again."

"my friend and I had an amazing stay at this property - although the location is a little out of the way of the main drag, the walk into town is gorgeous. And the place was adorable with everything you would need! The host was very prompt with their response anytime I had a question, and their instructions on how to get there from the airport/use age of appliances was well thought out and detailed. Could not recommend enough!"

"Apartment is in a great location but could be so much better if they updated. Second bathroom towel rail broken and put under basin, shower facet on last legs. All the furniture looks as though it has come from a cheap flea market. The crockery was old and stained. The blinds in the lounge and dining area are broken so light and noise comes into the apartment. With a bit more TLC this could be a great apartment "
