"There were a few minor issues during our stay. The pillows were too soft, my sister's bed was uncomfortable due to it be worn on one side and the guests' children on the floor above us made too much noise early in the mornings and late at night. After communicating with management, we received more pillows that were also too soft. We turned the bed matress ourselves which resolved that issue. Finally, the manager said she had no control of guests' children so we just dealt with the noise. So, you decide if you want to go through that."
