Remove personal items
Lock the doors and return the keys
You don't need to strip the beds, just leave them unmade so the cleaner knows to clean them. If you used the sofa bed in the TV room, leave it open so the cleaner can change the sheets.
I do ask that the full trash bins by the mudroom door be placed straight out from the white gate, along side Schoharie Tpke, (about 10 feet away from the white mailbox). The trash truck comes Monday.
Leave the front porch lights on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family stay at HollyKiss

My family stayed at Hollykiss during a recent wedding. This included 6 adults and 2 children. The house was clean, spacious and full of charm. Mark was a great host. Answered questions promptly and made sure our stay was comfortable in all ways. What wasn’t expected was the really cool artwork throughout the house. We hope to stay at Hollykiss again when we visit the Catskills.
