"1st : Hotel canceled 20 hrs before claiming "broken pipe" just happened to be flight cancellations and 3 concerts that night. 2nd: staff was not knowledgeable and disappeared for ten minutes with line at check in. 3rd : while waiting for staff (of one) people behind were waiting to inform "staff" their room was not cleaned."

"It was so bad we left and didn't stay there. When we arrived several people in front of us in line to check-in were back from their rooms demanding a new room as theirs smelled heavily of smoke despite being non-smoking rooms. Once we got to the front desk a man came in and started shouting at me to move out of the way, demanding to speak to the manager. Then looking threatening at me said, "I shouldn't have to tell you twice". The lady at the desk was behind bullet proof plastic and seemed...

"Clean room"

"Good. Service with check in and check out with May..was excellent.. breakfast included was great and a bonus.. was in town for weekend getaway in Baltimore.. I highly recommend"

"A free airport shuttle was advertised but I couldn’t reach the shuttle despite calling multiple times. When I cabbed to the hotel, the shuttle driver said he missed all of my calls while sitting at the desk. Also, room carpet and sheets were damp and smelled odd."
