"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

Could not get wifi to work tried to call reception the phone did not work. So no sleep no wifi and broken phone. The next morning on check out reported to reception response was why didn’t you check when you first went to the room if you had we would have offered another room. Told WiFi is only in common areas! I found the fact they expect the paying guest to check the room odd I have never gone into a hotel room with a check list before and never will these thing should be checked by housekeepers not the guest. Should we have gone to the night reception and complained yes but we were already changed when we discovered the problems. As for this being a four star hotel I hear stayed in better 2 or 3 stars this is no way a 4 star. This hotel should be removed from your site as I feel it is mis- represented Even the bed sheets had holes in it "
