"The staff was amazing, the hotel is older but they keep it nice and clean. We walked everywhere so it’s literally in the best location . Nice little breakfast. Pool was highly chlorinated like all hotels, pool was cold but they had the heat cranking "

"My friend and I needed a quiet, comfortable place to sleep for the night. As luck would have it, I ran across this resort. The property is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the condo was very nice. I’ll definitely stay at this resort again the next time I’m in Pigeon Forge."

"We truly enjoyed our stay! Defiantly will stay there again. Everybody polite. Breakfast good. Only problem was they have wi-fi, but theirs never popped up once over 4 days. But the wifi at the hotel next door and restaurant across the street were available, theirs never showed up to select. With at&t we only had 1 bar on our cells since no wifi. But still worth it. Great place."

"They actually serviced the room on a 2 day stay....rarely offered anywhere after covid. Great place! Staff should be more informative/specific about inside pool location/entry door, where ice machine is,breakfast location ect."

"This is the perfect place for those looking to park car and walk everywhere! Blake Shelton and Jason aldean resteraunt just at the corner. Perfect for those moonshine tastings as there is no need to drive. Breakfast feet away. Wildlife in parking lot. Multiple pools. Easy check in. I will make this my future place to stay in Gatlinburg. Absolutely best location and lots of parking. Kids were easily entertained and I can’t stress enough no need to drive! Pigeon forge is straight shot 6 miles away and that was super easy drive. Great for those not comfortable with lots of in town driving due to traffic. "
