"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"Cabins have been updated cosmetically and were clean, but the property is dilapidated. Holes in the screen door, patio gate was off the hinges, front door didn’t feel secure. The bed and pillows are terrible. After hiking all day I looked forward to a relaxing night sleep, but that was not the case."

"Cynthia’s studio was the perfect overnight for our trip to Beaver Creek and Sedona. Aside from being clean, her place was furnished with everything we could’ve needed and then some; she also had lots of clear signage and notes which made using her bathroom/shower/kitchenette/and patio super easy.
