"This turned out to be a nice experience with the beach right next to it and the pools. It's a very family oriented atmosphere which was lovely. The double bed in our camping pod/tent though was extremely uncomfortable, so we were not able to sleep on it, but we did take the two twin mattresses and put them on top of it, which made it more comfortable. In the end it was a good experience, but that night's sleep was rough."

"The hotel is very nice. The people were extra friendly, and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is a park like setting. Very hard to find due to the driveway exiting directly from the highway. It took us a long time to find the hotel. It was worth the hunt!"
"A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly.
We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people.

"The staff was excellent and helpful, they went out of their way to help us find transportation. Our sole visit to the area was to visit Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) and the hotel staff did everything they could do to help us have a wonderful visit, which we did. "Nice lodge (superior), air con was nice. Beds basic but fine, shower ok. Beach sunbeds were expensive (£260 for 4 sunbeds for 6 days) but nice enough beach and had to go there because the pool has some crazy ridiculous rule about wearing a silly rubber hat in the pool when it’s 33 degrees. They are not worried about all the children weeing in the pool but if a hair were to fall out!
It’s obviously a ploy to divert people away from the pool area and onto the beach which you have to pay for so that is annoying, but all in all a nice basic campsite with ‘ok’ lodges. It is in the middle of nowhere though so once your in, your in!

"Katrin has an amazing home. Lots of books, plenty of space, comfortable beds, user friendly kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine! Very nice dishes and supplies for making coffee and tea!!
We loved the rooftop deck with views over the water. The town had lots of good restaurants and outdoor piazzas — perfect for a meal, drink, snack and chatting together!
We used buses to get around, which worked better than we expected!
