Willingness to take care of luggage when we had late flights. Special kudos to Sam, the bartender. Seriously, just like Cheers! He was great. Super recommendations for not only food and drinks, but unique Baltimore sites. "

"One of the friendliest staff's I've ever dealt with! My wife and I were there for the Raiders vs. Ravens game and as a Raiders fan we wanted to catch a chance for a few autographs but forgot a sharpie lol... I talked for a minute with 1 of the workers in the lobby and told them I was bummed I didn't bring a sharpie so the hotel workers went out of their way to try and find us 1 and they eventually did, very cool! Unfortunately got no autographs 😆...breakfast & dinner at the hotel were good as well, rooms were clean and modern. We will definitely book again!"

"We definitely used the amenities to our advantage at our stay here! There wasn’t many people checking in during our stay so that pool was alway empty which was great! Breakfast was pretty good too with many options for each morning. "

"Very cool, updated rooms and shared spaces. I had dinner at Topside and breakfast at the Dashery, which were both delicious with great service and ambiance. I wish I'd had time to hang in the lobby areas or use the fitness center. Parking was pricey but otherwise, a great stay!"
