"Some friends and I just stayed for a night to break up a long drive. The place had everything we needed and more and we felt very comfortable!"

"Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think...

"This home is gorgeous. The house is warm and inviting. Whether relaxing on the front porch or the grand family room on the main floor, this property exceeded my expectations in every way. The host fabulous. My wife and I would love to stay at this property again in the future."

"We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for."

"That was genuinely the coolest house I’ve ever stayed in! We had so much fun on our girls trip. The bedrooms were super clean and nice. The bathrooms were to DIE for! A perfect little getaway for the four of us. Definitely want to stay there again! The most CHARMING (and with good HVAC) historic home!"
