"Mike was a great host. He communicated very well for the check in and check out process. The house itself is amazing. Perfect for two adults. It is beautifully decorated and appointed well. The location on the harbor could not be better. Close to the Ferry. Plenty to do near by. We did not bring a vehicle and used our bikes to traverse the island.We loved relaxing on the porches and watching all the harbor activity. Every window framed the spectacular view. We can’t wait to return!"

"We had a great time on this property. If you enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and generally spending time in and around fresh water, you are going to like this place. The house is clean and comfortable. AC can come in useful on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The deck is a strong plus - it is comfortable and has great views. Importantly, the host is absolutely fantastic to deal with."

"Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!"

"The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. Thanks!"
