"I asked for a handicapped access room, and forbsome reason the guy at the front desk didn't give me one. He said they were booked but the rooms were empty. I didn't like the fact that he was in shorts and barefoot when I did the chech in. Unfortunately is not the first time I have issues with people from other countries running hotels and it seems they have not idea about ADA regulations or they believe they are still in their 3rd world country. "
