The place is in Satriano: a delightful modern palazzina, in quiet area high on the hill, with easy street parking and, with a car, easy access to Soverato. "This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. "Modern B&B in a converted apartment building. A little difficult to find (other guests staying also had the same problem) as it shows the back entrance on Google maps. Plenty of free, secure parking available once inside. Make sure to notify the property when you are arriving as it is not staffed all the time. Lovely host though. Property is out of town but not a problem if you have a car."

"The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. "Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."
