"Lamezia Terme B&B is a very nice place in central Calabria. Since it was hard to find a place to stay during vacation period, we were happy to stay in the B&B, wich was very uncomplicated. the location is easy to reach and very central but a bit noisy. there is free parking close. Ivana is very nice and there to help with recommendations :) we would recommend it as a starting point to visit the area. thanks a lot!"

"Found it difficult to find and when we did phone number was unattainable. However the owner had sent us a message on our phone, which we failed to see. We had very small suitcases thank goodness, you would really struggle to get larger suitcases up the tight spiral staircase. "

"The owners Giovanni and Francesca are very friendly and welcoming. Dukes and Bella (dogs) also very friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Property is well kept. Breakfast is a self serve continental style which is set up from the night before so great for those who have an early flight. Delicious homemade dinner also available at a very reasonable price. Free shuttle to and from the airport with host during daytime hours."

"Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid"

"The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. "Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."
