Cozy recently renovated apartment equipped with every comfort and elegantly furnished. Access to the apartment is from the internal courtyard of the historic building and is independent.
The first room is a comfortable living room, adjacent there is a kitchen, bathroom and upstairs you will find the double bed.
The apartment, renovated in a modern key, is located in an ancient baronial building that will immediately help you immerse yourself in the heart of historic Catania.
Elegant and comfortable, the first bedroom is a large living room furnished with a large 3-seater sofa that can become a double bed. The place is very central: piazza duomo, the fish market (or historic fish market), via Etnea, the main artery of the baroque city, are just a few meters away. In a few minutes on foot you can visit the entire historic center. A few meters away you have the train and bus station to go to Etna or to seaside resorts or anywhere else in Sicily.
If you come by car and prefer a secure parking, you can find it a few meters away, but if you prefer something free you can easily park for free on the street near the apartment. You can also rent and railway station a few meters on foot. If you travel by car, you can find garages within a few minutes' walk
