"We were in Cadaqués for a week and really loved the location of this beautiful property. We didn’t have a car for this portion of our trip but it was easy to get wherever we needed to go by foot. The restaurants are close as are the grocery stores. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The main bedroom is on the third floor and living area is on the second floor. We quite enjoyed the views from the second floor and really loved our time Cadaque"

"This property doesn’t have WiFi. Doesn’t have a hairdryer. Doesn’t have salt, pepper nor olive oil. The kitchen is depressing, impossible to work in. If you use the dishwasher from 1973, and it breaks down, it’s stated that YOU have to pay for fixing it! The apartment is is dark as the night. The ceiling is so thin, you can hear what the upstairs neighbors are talking about. They charge for the electricity and light during your stay! I don’t recommend it, no. "

"Hemos disfrutado mucho en esta casa, hemos estado muy cómodos, la casa es mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, no falta detalle, la calefacción funciona muy bien, hemos estado muy calentitos. Nos pusieron cuna para nuestro bebé y agradecimos mucho que nos dejaran traer a nuestra perrita. Las pistas están muy cerca, vas andando. Hay un restaurante que también puedes ir andando desde la casa. Destacar lo limpio que está todo. Os lo recomiendo, quedaréis muy contentos como nosotros!"

"Das Haus ist ein Traum - sowohl die Lage als auch die Ausstattung, der Pool mit dem Garten - es war alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort hat wunderbar geklappt und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben den Urlaub mehr als genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank für alles!!"

"La villa est superbe, les espaces sont grands et très minimalistes, la décoration réalisée avec goût, et une touche un peu 70’s. A l’intérieur, la cuisine, les salles de bains et les sols sont réalisés en pierre, donnant un très beau style à la maison. Txema, le propriétaire, est très sympa et toujours réactif aux questions. La villa est proche des plages et à 20mns à pieds du centre ville. Nous recommandons vivement !"

"We've had a wonderful holiday. Daphne is an amazing hostess! Always available and very friendly. The house was almost as discribed. We missed airconditioning in the smallest bedroom. It was very hot for our 2 daughters. We've missed a few things in the house: normal glasses (there were only bearpulls), a mixer (we've made soup but couldn't mix it), oven dishes (I like to cook when we're on a holiday but because there weren't any oven dishes I couldn't prepair anything in the oven) On the other...

"It was marvellous. Adrian and Regina were such lovely hosts. So enthusiastic that we would enjoy their villa - and we did; thoroughly. The villa itself had everything we could have hoped for (I’m going to have to get an induction hob now!). The pool was wonderful and the views over The Bay of Roses were beautiful. Great restaurants nearby aided by Adrian’s excellent knowledge of where we should try made it all such a great experience."

"Nice stay. You must be aware that you have to go outside to get to 2 of the bedrooms. This can be problematic if you are traveling with small children. In addition, it is a nice house that is well located, close to shopping, beach and the city. A wish for the future could be air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms."
