"The staff here are super amazing and speak very good english. They are very friendly and gave us excellent suggestions. They are also very responsive. The location of this place is in the heart of the city, close to so much food choices and activity vendors. The room was clean and beds were comfy. I would recommend people stay here!"

"Leider so schmutzig, dass wir das hotelzimmer nicht bezogen haben und weiter gereist sind. "

"Lovely staff, amazing view, large rooms, scooters for hire, close to port."

"The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants."

"Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless."

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason."

"Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Malheureusement la petite table et le mini frigo n'avaient pas été nettoyés récemment. La jeune réceptionniste avait un anglais très limité ( communications difficiles) Les déjeuners étaient très bons. Bien situé. Dans l'ensemble, pour le prix,c'était très bien"

"Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly."

"Friendly lady to greet you, private clean rooms with a/c…. 10/10 stay"

"We had a wonderful stay. The personal was excellent, the room was wonderful. Won't hesitate to come back."

"We had a fantastic stay at Spring Garden Hotel in Cát Bà. The hotel was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the incredible level of care and personal attention from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She helped us organise trips, arrange taxis and transport, and gave us lots of useful local information and advice. One example really...

"Goed zwembad, voldoende ontbijt. De kamer was ruim genoeg. Midden in het centrum van Catba, dus ideaal om een tour te starten."
