The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Best of all, it is an absolutely gorgeous building and our room was stunning. "This hotel was comfortable and was conveniently located near all of the places we wanted to see. It had a nice big functional bath tub and a comfortable (by western standards) bed. My only complaint is that the aircon seemed to shut off at night (which we actually think might have been because of a light switch we turned off near the door? Unsure) but it was a hot sleep. "

"We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service."
