"This is a lovely grand hotel, you really couldn't get a much better location at the foot of Lake Como. Our room looked directly over the lake, access to the shops and multitude of restaurants took only a few minutes. The hotel had lovely period features, dining room was stunning and our room though on the small side was very cosy, the bed exceptionally comfortable and had more than adequate storage. Breakfast was good and the cleaners did a brilliant job. All in all highly recommended."

"A very nice and extremely convenient place to stay before flying back home to Canada. The airport is a 4-minute drive from the hotel so it was nice to be able to drop off our rental the same day as heading home. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the airport. "

"We stayed at this property for an early flight out the next morning. when we arrived at the airport and waited for the shuttle, we missed the first one because the side of the van does not have the hotel name on it. There was a sign on the front dashboard but in the dark, we did not see it. There were several groups at the time that also missed it. The pickup point is easy to find and the shuttle is free but it would be helpful to know ahead of time where to look for the hotel name. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. We had no trouble scheduling the shuttle back to the airport in the morning."
