Even though we were there in the middle of summer, it was easy to sleep without the A/C, but we had the option. The kitchen was amazing, modern and had everything we needed. "Great location in Tuscany! tight roads in and out of the property, must it has the most spectacular views around. 3 min. drive to Cortona.The villa is spacious and very accomodating. Just be sure to ask how to use the dishwasher and washing machine. "

"Loved this place just driving thru Tuscan countryside to get there! Large house perfect for group. Has everything you need. Great restaurants in Lucignano. Lucignano is great walking walled town. Very quiet & beautiful! You’re 30-40 minutes from Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano. Close to great hiking, biking & great wineries, I didn’t want to leave! Hostess was very friendly & helpful & even helped us with reservations. Any say enough good things about it!!"
