"Whilst linens & crockery were clean enough, there were cobwebs in several areas.... Grounds are in need of attention as is roof terrace sunbeds - unfortunately both broken and with stained pads. Apart from above, comfortable enough home, which, with a bit more tlc and general upgrading could be fabulous"
