Casa Pireddu si sviluppa su due livelli, e si affaccia su due strade. 
Gli interni sono impreziositi da stucchi e mobilia elegante e ricercata. L`ingresso è in un salotto con divano e libreria da cui, attraverso un arco, si passa alla sala da pranzo con balcone vista mare. Su questo piano, inoltre, ci sono il cucinino e il bagno con vasca (no acqua calda).
Una scala interna porta dal soggiorno al piano superiore, dove si sviluppa la zona notte: ci sono 1 camera doppia con letti singoli, 1 camera con letto a castello e 1 camera matrimoniale. Il piano è completato da un bagno con box doccia.

Casa Pireddu sorge in centro a Castro Marina, la parte bassa della storica cittadina di Castro, celebre per il suo castello e il suo bellissimo borgo medievale. 
La casa consente di raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata, così come tutti i più importanti servizi.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 5 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the fist floor hallway. in the double room and in the twin room.
- In the bathroom on the ground floor there is not hot water.
