The overall condition of the property does not reflect a 4-star standard in any way. For the very high price we paid, we expected comfort, quality, and a well-maintained environment — instead, we were extremely disappointed. The value for money is simply not there. This hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. A 4-star rating suggests a certain level of quality, service, and upkeep, and unfortunately, this property does not deliver that experience. The only positive part of our stay was the housekeeping service. The maid did a good job keeping our room clean and making the bed, and we truly appreciated her effort. However, that was the only highlight. Overall, this was not a 4-star experience, and I would not recommend it at the price they charge. Travelers should carefully manage their expectations before booking."
