"My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for 7 nights and were impressed. We were offered delicious rum punch upon arrival. The property is in a great location, walking distance to everything you need and only two minutes to the beach! The owner was always quick to reply to messages and organized everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and even popped in to clean mid-way through our stay."

"The property includes well appointed accommodation space with ensuites for the two large bedrooms and living space. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. Car is recomended to take full advantage. Host very attentive, responsive and making us feel very welcome. Warmly recomended."

"Location listed is not accurate, house is in beausejour not near pigeon island or cap estate. This is very far from anything in the city and not within a good walking distance. There were a number of cockroaches crawling on the kitchen counters/appliances, and when we brought this up to the hosts they became angry and rude. To their credit they did spray the room for the bugs and provide water. "

The view from the balconies on three sides of the house is unbeatable and every bedroom has access to it! "Everything was wonderful, our party of 6 had more than enough room for ourselves. If we had one hiccup to mention it would be about the lack of air in the common areas. We could not commune comfortably. Also Marcus and his son Josh the drivers was total GEMS they was so great to deal with and really took care of us. Would definitely stay at Villa Xona again."
