Built in 1787, this farmhouse has been completely renovated for 2 years striving to preserve all the original materials. <br>Located only 6 minutes from Castres, isolated in the middle of the fields and therefore not overlooked, 13 minutes from Castres-Mazamet airport (3 connections/day with Paris-Orly), 1 hour from Toulouse-Blagnac international airport, 1 hour from Carcassonne international airport. <br><br>The living room, of more than 100 m², facing south, enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding fields through bay windows. It includes a large lounge area with 3 sofas, a dining table for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen: 2 sinks, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, induction hob with integrated hood, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It has a dining area for 5 people as an extension of the central island 4 meters long. <br>Also on the first floor you will find a toilet with their washbasin, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and finally, the master suite of 40m² which has its own access to the garden.<br><br>Upstairs, in the southern part: <br><br>- 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with its large schoolchild-style sink.<br><br> In the northern part: <br><br>- 1 family room with a 160 cm bed and a bunk bed<br>- 1 bedroom with bed 160 <br>- 1 bathroom with double sink.<br><br>Still upstairs in a large mezzanine of 45 m² overlooking the living room, you will find the multimedia space with a dedicated video projector and a projection surface of 2mX1.5m all fitted out with 2 sofas.<br> On the program: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, and Canal +. <br><br>Note that the house is FULLY air-conditioned. <br><br>Outside, a swimming pool of 8.5m X 4 and its pool-house area with: Argentinian barbecue, plancha, lounge area for 10 people, dining area and kitchen for 12 people, 1 toilet and a shower.
