"A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location."

"We had a lovely stay here, rooms were spacious and there was a decent breakfast offering though the selection decreased following the Easter period. During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. "We were on first fooor in room 103 and I heard some noise from cars that disturbed my sleep - so if you’re a light sleeper like me not ideal. Juliette balconies quite low so not ideal if you have young children from a safety perspective. Accommodation clean, modern and comfortable. Smart TV. Ideal for our one night stay. Short walk from Centro Alameda train station and to coach station. Near historic centre too."
