"This is a beautiful B&B. I would highly recommend this spot and would stay here again The included breakfast was delicious and there was good variety The location is quieter, not around much, but transit station is walkable and easy to figure out If you’re so inclined-Dublin City Centre is a good 25 minute walk, maybe 30. "

"We really liked the quaint, homey atmosphere of Egan’s Guest House. The garden was so peaceful! We appreciated the ability to borrow a large fan from the front desk for our comfort at night. It was nice to be able to walk right down the street for dinner at The Botanic. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for us."

"The owner was super nice and accommodating, friendly and very kind. Great condition for a 250 year old house! Buslines super close by to get into downtown but the walk not bad either. And hot water!!! The area wasn't pristine but it's a city. "

"A pleasure to stay. The communication between property and I was excellent prior to arrival, checked in with Stephen and he was polite and added to he friendliness of Ireland. A walk away are restaurants coffee shops and pubs. It’s a very safe part of Dublin and our room was nice and very clean. I would stay there again. Good value for your euro."

10/10 Excellent

"The coffee machine did not work in the room and they couldn’t get it fixed. Nespresso has other machines that work. They got ripped off on the model in the hotel rooms. Everything else was great though."
