"I really did love this hotel, we stayed in a loft which was nicd because it has a balcony facing North on the 7th floor, unfortunately we didnt use it much do to the weather changes. The view is mainly roof tops and some tops of buildings, lots of birds and poo...lol the Jameson Bldg is just north of the location so thats nice, a very cool pub right next door..looks closed knock on the door if they let you in...they let you in. Lots of shops in walking distance ...we liked the location but its not right in the city center. We did not try the breakfast but it did look good. We tried to eat at the very cool restaurant but the service is very slow, the staff is doing to many jobs at once...registration, bartender, waitress ....although I will say they did a lovely job. Bedding was wierd like 2 half blankets, so ask for an extra one if you get a king, I would recomend they offer robes, room service and have better TV channels...lighting is a bit tricky but you catch on. I feel like im sounding picky and we had a fabulous time just small adjustments that would have made our stay even better. Cheers"

"its as expected and as a hotel should be: clean, functional, etc -- nothing was above and beyond except the woman working weekday afternoons at the front desk, she helped me print something out and gave me directions -- other staff members seemed annoyed. Late checkout is wildly overpriced. No moisturizer, washcloth, tissues, or iron in the room (i only brought one pair of pants so i wasn't going to go to the community washroom to iron in my underwear). TV worked intermittently. Night and am staff seemed highly inconvenienced by any request. It's good for a budget spot but wildly overpriced on weekends. Location is decent."

"Room was a bit dingy, and no drawers for your clothes. Cleaning staff left our window open and we were on the ground floor over an alley where anything could have crawled into our room. The front desk wasn’t very knowable with direction information "

"What a great hotel! Every staff member was so kind and friendly. The room was so nice and comfortable and cleaned very well, it made it nice to come back after a long day out exploring. I even bought my own lunches from Lidl to keep cost down and they kept it in a fridge for me to collect as and when I needed it. Its in a great location, when I wasnt out day touring I was able to walk around the city easily as its so central. Also a very quiet hotel, I had a fine time sleeping every night. On check out they looked after my bags for me and let me use the lobby area to relax until I had to leave for the airport. Such a great stay for such a great price as well. Hopefully I will be back."
