"I have stayed at Tullamore Court quite a few times over the last 5 years. This year it was good, but a couple of things were annoying.
I paid for a late check-out until 2 pm and was snoozing when I got a knock on the door from housekeeping to clean the room! I explained I had a late check-out; the lady checked her list and apologised, but I was awake then and decided to leave at 1030 am- so a waste of money paying for that.
The breakfast: again, I paid for this, but it was not on their breakfast list, so it had to be checked with reception, whilst I waited around to get the OK to eat!
I definitely think they let themselves down this year and I wasted money."
