"My room was not ready upon arrival 45 minutes after check in time. I had to carry all my stuff in at 1 am once I returned from the football game. My bed had a mattress cover with a zipper and was very uncomfortable. There were no room darkening shades I was given 2 flat pillows. People above me were up all night. I slept 2 hours. I will never stay here again. Worth the extra money to stay at IHG or a classier hotel"
