"Beautiful manor tastefully decorated. Our welcome was flat, almost unwelcoming. We learned the King’s room we booked and paid for had been given to someone else and she blamed the booking calendar after confusion at being given a key to the wrong “other” room and sitting in the hallway with our luggage trying to contact her made me downright angry. "We had a lovely stay at Citypoint. While the room was smaller it was well laid out and eaisly accommodated us and our 2 north american sized suitcases. It was central without being too noisy. Easy to walk where we wanted to go. "
