It’s only a twenty minute ride to Waverley Station in Central Edinburgh. Linlithgow is a beautiful town with good restaurants and things to see. "Our beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good, particularly the scrambled eggs!
We would like to have had our dinner in the hotel but the menu was basic in the extreme. Burgers, burgers and more burgers. To be fair the hotel had just changed ownership two days before our stay, so hopefully the evening meals will improve."
