The property is of a very high standard in terms of interior decor and quality appliances etc. We enjoyed using the facilities of Lower Mill Estate and cooking meals in the home. "My Australian friend & his wife were on a short tour of England and I thought an English country side and Cottage stay would be ideal. This Jasmine Cottage is the perfect choice with a blend of period architecture & modern facilities. We loved it. I booked it through VRBO and I had direct contact with the host Krysle who has been very responsive from the beginning through to the end of the stay. The cottage was incredibly clean and all the facilities & provision of items are well thought out....

When we booked dishwasher was in the description but there wasnt one a few things broken and no plug so bath unusable. Automatic air fresher not suitable for anyone with allergies. Bit disappointed for the cost."

"A lovely place in a lovely setting. Checking in was very quick with staff being attentive, pleasant and professional. The only niggle was…The weather was very warm and when we first arrived in the room all windows were closed. It heat in the room was unbearable. There was a floor standing fan which we put on straight away. There was also no fridge in the room. I appreciate that other upgrade rooms had a fridge, but I thought nowadays all hotels had at least a fridge for water and other drinks. A small thing that could be sorted as there was more than enough space in the room to put one. It doesn’t take away the experience we had in staying at this hotel and would return."
