"The house was as described in the listing, the kitchen had all we needed and we where happy to find body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The property was clean with nice outdoor spaces. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear and the hosts were very supportive and took care of everything. The welcome bottle of wine was really good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. ."

"Das Apartment ist nur durch die 2 Klimageräte beheizbar, somit bleibt 1 Schlafzimmer und das Bad sehr kalt! Matratzen sind Federkern, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es war "besenrein" aber direkt sauber geputzt auch nicht Der Eingang zum Apartment ist durch die Terassentür, wodurch automatidch Schmutz und Steine reingeschleppt werden. Ausstattung ist ok. Im Winter nicht zu empfehlen 2 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Appartement."

"Preis-Leistung super Wir hatten eine Wohnung zu dritt. Mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch. Diese war im dritten Stock und leicht über den Aufzug zu erreichen. Psrkplätze gibt es immer ausreichend unter den Häusern im EG oder außenrum unter den Bäumen (immer schattig). Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert, Küchenzeile und Bad waren neu. Alles war sauber. Klimaanlage hat immer funktioniert und war sehr leise. Müllbeutel bekommt man beim einchecken. In der Wohnung sind Besteck und...

"Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, sehr freundliches Personal und viele Möglichkeiten in näherer und weitere Umgebung. Einfach selber ausprobieren. Für uns gibt es drei Daumen hoch👍👍👍 einfach spitze"

"The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine...

"Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber - schöne und zweckdienliche Unterkunft mit wahnsinns Aussicht! Alles in der Nähe was man braucht und der Strand auch keine 5 min entfernt. Einkaufsstraße auch nur 5 min entfernt. WLAN+ Klima, alles vorhanden! Ich komme gerne wieder!"

"Unser Appartement war im EG einer mehrgeschossigen Anlage, die gleich im Eingangsbreich des Platzes steht. Dominant sind auf dem Gelände aber weitläufige Zeltplätze, einzelne Mobil-home Stellflächen und Doppelhaus-Bungelows. Es ist für alle etwas dabei. Die Küche war sparsam aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Personal supernett und alles nagelneu renoviert."
