Attican Motel

"The Attican motel is both charming and unique. My granddaughter and I spent the weekend there. The rooms were impeccably clean and it was very quiet. The owners were very pleasant and even sat and talked with the people staying there in the morning while they were getting their coffee and breakfast items. You don't find hospitality like that anymore. We would definitely stay again!"

"This sunrise facing home is incredible! The home accommodated our family reunion of 13 people. Such a fun place with a heated pool, a great game room that kept us going on the single rainy day (pool table converts to ping pong - smaller size). The main pier was perfect for fishing. We used the dingy to access the middle of the lake. The kayaks, paddle and life vests were in good shape. TV night was a hit in the living room and the ginormous TV in the game room with sofas was well used. It kept the noise of the main house at night. . The dining room has the most incredible panoramic view. Oh and the kitchen really is complete with everything we needed. The natural gas grill is the one with stones so the heat is even enough to grill several pounds of chicken to perfection. We let Whitney know when there was an issue with the hot water, and the next day she had the plumber out and fixed it. Tons of towels, huge washer & dryer. The guest house was efficient, with a great screen porch and views, but the main kitchen is where you want to prepare your feasts. Location is great with 3 major grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. We stayed in September so the cobwebs on the screen porches were obvious, but everything smell fresh, no mold!"

"Great location as we were visiting Letchworth state park. Warsaw has little shops to explore and the area is very scenic. Breakfast included pre packed omelets, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker, bagels, toast, English muffins, cereals, yogurt and juices plus coffee/tea options. You heat up what you choose in a microwave. It was a very sufficient breakfast! Beds were comfortable."

"My room was clean and well maintained. Everything was well stocked. The only downside that I noticed was that there was no ice machine. I require ice. I looked for one and could not find it. If it was there, it was well hidden."

"Very responsive host. Lovely cabin. The property is in well water which I did not realize before booking but the host provided a couple large bottle of filtered water which was greatly appreciated. Definitely a great spot for a rustic weekend away!"

"Beautiful property and location. Geese, ducks and swans are everywhere upon arrival. The desk staff (Carolyn ) and manager (Barb) were more than welcoming. Glimpses of zebra as you enter the parking area. The room is adjacent to the gift shop and restaurant. There are people everywhere during park hours. Safari disembarksation just outside your door !Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. Of mention, there's no window at ALL in the room. There's nowhere to sit except the bed."
