"Lovely rooms and very nice staff. There is an Asia fusion to this place. From Tuscan gardens to what appears to be Chinese gardens throughout the place. Pizzeria was great with staff being very friendly. Shout out to Marco at the front desk and Dani at the bistro for there extra kindness and help!"

"Hotel amenities and decor very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve had on this trip. Alot of hot selections and fresh fruit "

"This was a most beautiful place to stay, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were quite nice and included a balcony. It would have been nice to spend more time at the hotel, yet we were passing through so didn't get to enjoy all it had to offer as much as we would have liked."

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
