"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. "Host super gentili e disponibili. Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato. Ottimo per due persone, ok anche per 4 (soluzione con divano letto in salotto/cucina). Dotato di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, lavatrice,...). Unica pecca, è comunicante con un altro appartamento (chiuso con una porta ovviamente) e quindi un pochino rumoroso, soprattutto per chi dorme in sala (dipende chi alloggia nella camera di fianco).
