The cosy apartment “Masone Murgioni”, situated between Castiadas and Costa Rei, promises quiet and relaxing holidays in the scenic landscape of southeast Sardinia, only a short drive from beautiful beaches. The 66 m² apartment consists of a living room (with 2 sofa beds for one person each and one single bed), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, fans and a television. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request. You can start the day with coffee on the private covered terrace with seating furniture. Tolles Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man schnell an den schönsten Stränden (ca 15 Autofahrminuten) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Andrea ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er war jeweils am Wochenende mit seiner Familie vor Ort, was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Der Garten ist riesig und der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Das Einzige, was zu bemängeln ist, dass es im „Kinderzimmer“ keine Klimaanlage hat. Dadurch war es in diesem Raum immer sehr warm, obwohl es im Wohnzimmer durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl war.

Pros: Schönes Haus mit viel Freiraum, Pool und grünem großen Rasen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Cons: Obwohl sehr ruhig gelegen etwas Baulärm vom Hausumbau gegenüber.
