"The front desk folks spoke English (fortunately for us)! We were allowed to check in early and were immediately given a great map of the area and ferry schedules so we could start adventuring on the lake. "

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a newly renovated room, which was lovely (a bit cramped for space for good closet/storage). Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided many local recommendations. Fridge in room did not function very well. Pool area was great! Free parking was very much appreciated and easy to come by. Great to have free access to bicycles to explore the town. Buffet breakfast had plentiful selection. Restaurant across the street had excellent food at reasonable prices - ate there twice!"

"Arrived on a Sunday and initially we were redirected by the local police as they were not allowing cars to get any closer to the area where the hotels are located. We tried alternative routes and did not find any and next time we arrived at the roundabout we explained that we were staying overnight and allowed us through. We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."

"A good hotel with spacious rooms but the actual condition of the hotel is below what is shown in the photo. Not good value for money. The car park is big with space for many cars. However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged. "

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ocelle, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even arranged a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake for my sister’s birthday which was a nice touch 🙂 Conveniently located and only a short walk to the old town, it was a great place to stay. The spa facilities were good too. "

"Good: Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is outside on dry days, so be prepared to fend off wasps and birds. Parking is available under the building for a fee of €15 per night. Bad: Bed was a little uncomfortable due to a large mattress laying on top of 2 single beds. It gets quite noisy outside from the early hours, probably because of refuse collection etc."
