"Perfect for nature lovers. Very lush and creatively decorated. Our room was small and cute with everything we needed. The small pool is nestled between big green leaves. Art everywhere. Vito and his wife are very generous and kind. We loved meeting old Caesar, Pinky and Tigre. "

"Definitely a very unusual and extremely interesting accommodation option. Staying in a largely intact former very significant monastery was, from a historical perspective, fascinating. We travel a lot and stay in many upscale hotels, but nothing quite like this. Highly recommended!"

"We had higher expectations - and I don’t mean luxury. This is a very basic property, lacking many amenities you’d expect in a 3* star rated property (e.g. tea making facilities in the room) and maintained with little attention to detail. We had two dinners in their restaurant, no menu or prices, you find out the bill at check out and let me tell you it’s MUCH higher than we had anticipated for the quality and service received. "Our stay at the Mangia's Torre del Barone Resort was an absolute delight and a genuinely pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by every aspect of the hotel, and we will certainly be back again. The staff were truly extraordinary, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our entire trip. A special thank you must go to Paulo, who looked after us at the pool restaurant with such wonderful service. The facilities were equally impressive. We particularly loved the two separate beach accesses—one private, adults-only area for quiet relaxation and another perfect for families with children. The food was consistently delicious, offering a fantastic culinary experience every day. The on-site spa was also incredible, featuring a variety of experiential areas and a massage staff who were excellent at their craft. In short, the entire resort was a wonderful surprise. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return."
