"Terrible service at the reception about the shuttle, each person tells you a different version. Not clear instructions in the property details in e pedia, on top of that they charge you $10 per perdon for a 3 min drive… at terrible wifi internet, only stayed here bc is close to the airport"

"Room was clean, but very hot. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."
