From 'CASA MIA' you can quickly reach the main art cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, and Carrara, famous for its white marble. The sea and the beaches of Versilia, including Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Lido di Camaiore, and Marina di Massa, are also easily accessible. The house features a large eat-in kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, hob, traditional oven, and microwave. The living room is spacious, furnished with sofas and a flat-screen TV. There are three bedrooms, with a total of eight beds, and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub/shower. The house provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. In front of the house, there is a large private free parking area. The private outdoor area of 300 sqm, partly paved and furnished with chairs and an umbrella, is for the exclusive use of guests.
