Super-Appartement mit fleißigen Gästen (Ameisen)

Einrichtung und Zustand des Appartements waren sehr gut. Größe und Ausstattung sind voll ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen sind das großzügige Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Zum Relaxen dient eine komplette Sitzgarnitur auf der Terrasse. Zu loben auch der große Garten mit ausreichendem Parkplatzangebot und als Unterhaltungsprogramm der Zugang von Netflix mit mehrsprachigen Untertiteln. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin Manuela via sms/tablet war freundlich, schnell und unkonventionell. Einziges kleines, aber sehr störendes Element waren die Mengen von kleinen Ameisen, die sich zahlreich u.a. auf dem Esstisch versammelten. Dieses lästige nicht zu stoppende Negativum für die Wohlfühlqualität war ausschlaggebend für unsere Gesamtbewertung 4 von 5 Sternen.
