"Lovely stay in residential area just outside Parma. Elena was a vety welcoming and gracious host. She helped with dinner reservations and recommended a guide for food tour of area. Property has lovely outdoor space for warmer weather including outdoor pool. Short stay but would definitely recommend and return in the future."

"Thoughtful host who provided a map with suggestions for drinks and food both in local area of Sala Baganza and also on Parma. Very tastefully modernized and very clean farmhouse. Good sized rooms and bathroom with quality amenities. Very quiet and new air-conditioning. Breakfast area on patio very pleasant. Patio also has multiple cozy sofas. Will definitely try to stay again on next visit."

"This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your needs. "This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers.
