"It is nice comfortable house in a short driving distance to the beaches. Beach was our main goal during our stay and this property fit our needs on 100%. It is extremely clean and owners are very welcome. Our daughter even got a cake for her birthday! Cake was delicious! I would say many thanks to owners and hope to return next year."

"Très bon emplacement, appartement très propre. Seul bémol est la chaleur dans l'appartement mais heureusement qu'il y a la clim ! Autre point ce sont les stores qui laissent passer la lumière le matin et qui doivent être relevés complètement lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte au risque qu'elles cognent contre la fenêtre. Je recommande grandement la location ! "

"Des l arrivée nous avons été déçus par l appartement, le ménage facturé 80€ n a pas été fais nous avons passé 2h à tout nettoyer (poussière confiture sur les interrupteurs, salle de bain sale, moisissures sur la peinture des toilettes etc…. Popliday ainsi que fonçia sont en copies de tous mes mails. Sinon argeles est une très belle ville avec ses alentours"

"Séjour agréable fin août Piscine et mer accessibles en moins de 3min à pieds Vue du balcon identique aux photos ! Dans notre cas arrivée autonome bien expliquée par le propriétaire, idem pour le départ. Ce qui est très pratique selon moi. Le seul point négatif est la taille du frigo qui n’est pas grand. Évidemment c’est un séjour de vacances donc on s’adapte mais ça n’a pas été pratique pour nous. La résidence est calme et bien située. "

De plus, il offre des accès illimité à la piscine résidentielle et aux terrains de tennis. Quartier calme et familiale. Accès rapide à plusieurs restaurant, glacier. Proche d'un carrefour et à 5 min en voiture de la plage. Petit bémol, quelques endroits du mobilier étaient assez sale, c'est dommage."

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man vor Ort braucht. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Tellern, Pfannen usw. Gute Lage und Anbindung zu den Supermärkten. In 25 Min. ist man am Strand. Die Besitzer sind auch super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir nochmal nach Perpignan kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung. gut. Man kann alles sehr gut erreichen."

"The Appart’city apartment made for a very practical, no-frills self-catering stay in Perpignan. Its location is very convenient for the railway station and the bus to/from the airport (with €1 tickets) but not so much for the historic centre (maybe consider using the bus again). The staff were very helpful (available 24 hours) and although the hotel is incredibly stark in decor, everything was well-maintained and clean. "
