"Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here."

"This was a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds. The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here."

"We found this vrbo because we needed a place off Venice proper where we could park a 9 passenger van & have transportation access. This VRBO was perfect for this! Parking in rear. Very short walk to bus to get to Venice. Because we arrived in the early evening on the first night, we drove north to a lovely town, Dolo, which was recommended by our host. "I had a truly enchanting experience at this VRBO in Venice, Italy! You are unlikely to find more attentive hosts then MAGDALENA & FRANCESCO. Our host was absolutely amazing, offering warm hospitality and invaluable recommendations. Checked on us several times and gave us all the recommendations we needed to use the Bus system. Yes the house is about 30 mins on the bus from Venice, and or the Train depot. But the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes walk and you can purchase a bus pass right at the...

"Comfortable and clean. Gated parking a plus. Owner friendly and helpful. Use of air conditioning cost extra but not a lot. Mosquitos a problem so could not open windows for ventilation. Screening them would help. Also a fan for air movement would be nice. Otherwise it was great. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Train a short drive and it was an easy trip into Venice. Good value."

"LOVE IT!!! Marziano is an excellent host and patiently waited for our arrival. He gave a tour of the house and explained everything. He gave us excellent suggestions for the restaurants and other attractions. He also gave us a heads up about road closure due to an international cycle rave.
