"A former venice palace we where told with some great history. Very rustic and full of character . Canal view was beautiful room was ok . Would we stay again yes probably for an overnight stay. Location is spot on every tourist site is only a short walk which was brilliant. Shops resturants also very close by . Breakfast was continental with a coffee and juice machine"

"The room was so beautiful with a wonderful authentic view, lots of light, a corner view. The team was very helpful, Matteo at the front desk was the best! He went above and beyond everything he could do to help me. He deserves a raise. Ask for him he is excellent. The room and the hotel are kept very clean. Breakfast was delightful and the renovation was a good needed today’s"
